Bill and Fiona Gordon each spent over forty years working in Marketing and Production Management roles in the private sector before retiring to spend more time fulfilling their vision for Acorns To Trees, which they established in 2020.

Ian has worked in community regeneration for over 35 years, the last 11 of which as Chief Executive of DTAS. Ian was also a member of the Scottish Government's Land Reform Review Group.
